Psycho Bunny, made for self-expression
A standout location with vibrant colors and clever lighting that speaks volumes for the brand. This is a company whose personality is one of confidence, pride, and bold character. Richporter Lighting is proud to have been a part of its incredible launch.
Our goal was to create a unique lighting design for their flagship store, with a lighting system that reflects their brand. With an already existing base concept, we carefully selected products to make their vision come to life.
One of the main aspects of this design was to specifically illuminate the merchandise only, keeping the entire focus on the clothing. We needed to highlight specific areas while keeping lighting levels low for the rest of the space.
One of the challenges with this is making sure that the safety criteria are met. Low lighting can create a stunning ambiance and add atmospheric value to the overall aesthetic, however, there needs to be sufficient lighting so that the footpath is easily visible.
To make this happen, we decided on two light fixtures that successfully matched the criteria.
This luminaire is an
- RGBW strip light
Behind the racks, we applied an RGBW strip light using a bright pink illumination to again bring focus onto the merchandise and millwork. This created a simply stunning effect that is truly unique to Psycho Bunny.
The overall outcome was an incredibly striking impact which both our lighting designers and the client were extremely happy with.
