Genesis Quebec

Richporter Lighting customized the lighting at the Genesis Quebec flagship dealership. We aimed to create a distinctive atmosphere that aligned with the Genesis Motors brand.

The Genesis Quebec flagship had a clear vision. The designers aimed to create a cozy atmosphere and welcoming space. They also wanted to ensure that the space reflected the brand’s image. Our professional team was ready to make it happen.

Richporter Lighting’s responsibility was to adhere to Genesis specifications concerning lighting requirements. We provided all the required fixtures to meet the Genesis image program, while also maintaining top quality standards.

The atmosphere at the Genesis Quebec flagship has a unique dramatic and theatrical twist. Our team managed to deliver the aimed look through general lighting.

The predominant color within the dealership is black. Copper and wood colors complement the black high ceilings and walls, providing warmth and coziness.

The Showroom

Two areas divide the showroom: the display area and the main area.

We employed a single LED lighting panel of 10ft x 20ft over the car. We made the special light panel for the Genesis Quebec flagship to meet the client’s needs. The light panel choice made the atmosphere inviting, creating excitement and curiosity about the brand. It also generated a dynamic and captivating feature.

The panel is a direct light and embodies accent lighting. The contrast between colors and materials makes it a great addition to the room. Its greatness turns it into a decorative lighting as well.

Main area

The main area consists of high black industrial ceilings. The selected lighting system helped create a dynamic space that complemented the unique design elements.

Track lighting was the selected operating system to allow a greater flexibility. Track lighting enables changing the lighting source towards any given direction. This is a great solution for commercial and retail lighting spaces for added tailored displays.

Waiting area

The suspended ceiling lights in this area are good for ambient lighting in a waiting area. The light provided is comfortable and has a color temperature of 3000K.

The LED strips above the vertical garden add visual contrast to the dark industrial walls. These fixtures work great as a decorative ambient lighting.
